Junior Service Technician
Angstrom Scientific Inc, based in Ramsey, NJ, is seeking a Junior Service Technician to provide hands-on service and technical support across our broad portfolio of sophisticated products.
We are a sales, service and distribution company for multiple manufacturers of scientific (capital) equipment in the nanotech community.
General duties will include in-house, field, and remote technical support, via phone, computer, and on site customer visits.
Requirements:

A min 2-year associates level program in a related technical discipline such as electronics or computer science.(Bachelors degree preferred)

Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to relate to customers is important.

Hands-on Technical Field service experience preferred, but not required.

Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic methods of scientific equipment preferred, but not required.
Travel will be required on an as-needed basis. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include car allowance, health care allowance, 401K participation,
